Bacarai is an online marketplace where airlines can use independent AI agents to manage their group travel programs, ditching the call center model of the past. PROBLEM There is no centralized place to buy and sell group airfare. Transactions are done offline, over the phone, or through e-mail forms creating long delays for buyers looking to purchase group airfare. In order to make adjustments to the trip, the buyer needs to call the airline, just like it's 1999. Airlines are forced to carry the cost of large call centers to serve their group travel programs, decreasing the profitability of such programs. Buyers are defined as any entity looking to purchase group travel, which is 10+ flights. Buyers include but are not limited to travel agencies, tour operators, travel managers, church leaders, and individuals.
