Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments American 2.2% decrease in passenger activity primarily due to reduced capacity Reduced capacity to 27 destinations including: West Palm Beach, Syracuse, New York La Guardia, Albany, Boston, Burlington, Bangor, and Hartford New service to Tallahassee in February 218; Little Rock in April 218; and Montgomery in June 218 Discontinued service to Fort Lauderdale in August 217 United 8.9% increase primarily due to increased capacity to Newark and Denver as well as service changes to Chicago O Hare and Cleveland Reduced capacity to Houston beginning in June 218 Delta 3.% increase primarily due to increased service to New York JFK Southwest 1.5% decrease mainly as a result of lower load factors Increased service to Dallas-Love beginning November 217 and St. Louis in April 218 Discontinued service to Indianapolis in December 217 and Fort Myers in April 218 JetBlue 16.4% decrease primarily due to reduced capacity Reduced capacity to Orlando and Fort Myers beginning in November 217 Reduced service to Boston starting from November 217 Sun Country 94.9% decrease due to discontinued service to Minneapolis in February 218 passenger traffic increased 1.4% from a year ago due to increases by American (26.5%) and by Air Canada (5.1%) American, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 49.9%, a slight decrease from 5.% in August 217 2

Washington Dulles Airport Passenger Activity commercial passenger activity increased 2.8% compared to August 217. Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments United 4.6% increase primarily due to increased service and capacity Increased overall capacity to 4 destinations including: Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Fort Lauderdale, Hartford, Buffalo, and Portland ME, and Cincinnati New service to Clarksburg beginning November 217 and Staunton, Wilmington and Greenbrier beginning April 218 as well as Madison beginning August 218 Delta 4.8% increase mainly due to new service to Seattle and increased capacity to Atlanta Frontier 14.8% decrease primarily as a result of reduced capacity and service Reduced service to Austin beginning November 217; Colorado Springs and Orlando in April 218; and Las Vegas beginning August 218 New service to San Antonio in October 217 and Tulsa in April 218 American 3.5% decrease primarily as a result of reduced service to Miami in June 218 JetBlue 16.4% decrease primarily due to reduced service to New York - JFK Passenger Activity commercial passenger traffic increased 3.6% compared to August 217. Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments United 3.7% increase in passenger activity primarily due to improved load factors Aer Lingus 49.3% increase primarily due to aircraft up-gauge to Dublin Air Canada 25.% increase due to increased service to Montreal beginning May 218 Avianca 8.1% increase because of increased service to San Salvador Lufthansa 4.3% increase primarily due to increased capacity to Frankfurt and Munich Icelandair 24.1% decrease as a result of reduced service to Reykjavik Volaris New service began in May 218 United Airlines, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 62.2% compared to 61.4% a year ago Cargo Activity (all numbers in metric tonnes) o Total cargo decreased 3.6% or 912 from a year earlier to 24.3k o cargo decreased.3% (31) primarily due to a decline by UPS (18.9% or 258). FedEx increased 2.9% (176). o cargo decreased 5.6% (88) primarily due to decreases by Air China (67.6% or 424), Qatar (26.5% or 225) and LAN (138), which discontinued service Baltimore-Washington Airport o BWI saw total commercial passenger activity increase by 2.3% (56k passengers). activity rose 1.4% (33k passengers) led by Spirit, which added 76k passengers. Southwest declined 2.9% (48k passengers) to offset the increase. o activity rose 2.2% (23k passengers) powered by WOW, which reported an increase of 49.6% (6k passengers) primarily due to additional seasonal service to Reykjavik; new service by Icelandair to Reykjavik; new service by Spirit to Montego Bay; and new service by Air Canada to Montreal o Total cargo increased 1.1% (25 metric tonnes) primarily due to Atlas Air 3
