Asia Cold Chain Show is an international-class fair, showcases cold chain solutions, reserves the right to establish certain dress code and security measures for visitors and exhibitors attending the fair. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person without providing reason. This applies to the build-up and dismantling periods as well. Please note of the following regulations: 1. Fair Dress Code: Smart Casual. Please dress appropriately for ACCS; wearer of shorts, open shoes or slippers. 2. Children below the age of 15 are not allowed within ACCS exhibition area. (There is a Kid s Corner to look after your children) 3. Smoking in the fairground is prohibited. 4. Unauthorized photo-taking or video shooting is strictly prohibited. 5. All weapons are strictly prohibited. 6. No pets or animals Remark : All Foreign Visitors and Expatriates MUST present ORIGINAL PASSPORT (no copies) at Registration to be allowed in the fair. B7 Exhibitor Badges and Car Parking Permit : Exhibitor badges are meant for exhibitors and their staff to access booths during the build up, show days and dismantling periods. Only Exhibitors who paid full amount of rental space are eligible for application of exhibitor badge. Please read up Order Form 3.
Exhibitors can collect their badges from the Exhibitor Facilitation Counter on 25th & 26th April. Please note: Children under 15 Years of Age are strictly forbidden from entering the fair. As a security measure, all exhibitors and staff must wear their identification badges issued by the Organizer at all times within the fairground. B8 Contractor Badges : Contractor Badges are required to be worn by all contractors working on exhibition booths. These badges are valid during building and dismantling periods. In order to obtain a badge, exhibitors who do not use the standard booth from our official contractor, which can be collected from Exhibitor FacilitationCounter. For security reasons, contractors and their workmen are required to wear their badges at all time when working in the exhibition hall. Dismantling : Exhibitors are allowed to start dismantling their booths after 17.00 hours on 29th April 2017. No dismantling work will be allowed before that. Dismantling period is 17.00-06.00 hours on 29th April until morning of 30 April 2017. Vehicles are allowed to enter pre-loading areas to delivery and pick up valuable exhibits two hours before the opening period and an hour after the closing time. Please remove your vehicles immediately apart from loading area after pick-up or delivery your valuable exhibits. Exhibitors who wear exhibitor badges are allowed to enter by using the doors next to loading area HALL EH 100, two hours before the opening period and an hour after the closing time.
