3 23 ARKANSAS CRASH SUMMARY On all public roads in Arkansas during 23 there were: 7,914 total crashes reported, a.1 % increase from fatal crashes reported, a 1.2 % increase from fatalities reported, no increase or decrease from alcohol/drug related fatalities, a 11.9 % increase from billion vehicle miles traveled, a 2.1 % increase from 22 The fatality rate decreased from 2.2 in 22 to 2.1 fatalities per 1 MVM* traveled.
