By Plane By Bus London City Airport is just a 13 mile drive from and is also accessible by public transport. Gatwick Airport, the second largest airport in the UK, is only 40 miles from by car. Various bus routes in provide transport across the town and the surrounding areas. Additionally, a night bus service provides a direct link to and from central London. Cliff and Jane Murphy at Bexley Brewery brew a variety of different local ales at their brewery which are available in pubs and clubs across Bexley. The Thames path is also open to cyclists in many areas. The Green Chain Walk in is a 50 mile walk in London, divided into 11 sections. From, you can walk through Lesnes Abbey to Thamesmead Riverside, or up to Bostall woods.
