1 LAY MINISTER SCHEDULE December 6-7, 2014 Through April 4-5, 2015 The new Lay Minister Schedule covers a four month period, with 16 scheduled weeks. In addition there are four options for Lay to sign-up to serve - Christmas (12/24-25/14), Holy Family Weekend (12/27-28/14), Mary, Mother of God (1/1/2015), and Easter (4/4-5/15). The dates you are scheduled to serve are included in the row with your name in each of the rosters. Signing-In - there is a Lay Minister Sign-in Notebook in Meeting Room A, each time you are scheduled to serve or are substituting for another scheduled Lay Minister please remember to sign into this notebook. We need ALL GREETERS, ALTAR SERVERS, & LECTORS to CONSISTENTLY sign in before each Mass. I want to thank those who are signing in each time they serve. Altar Servers - It is important that you put your scheduled dates on a calendar at home so you don't forget, and so your parents can plan to get you to St. Mary's to fulfill your commitment. This also helps Deacon Randy, then he is not looking for altar servers at the last minute right before Mass starts. If you no longer want to be an Altar Server please call the Parish office and you will be taken off the schedule. Greeters / Altar Servers / Lectors - Remember to update your contact information with the Parish Office whenever you have a change of phone number or address. Having up to date contact information is important so that if you are unable to serve at a Mass for which you are scheduled you can use an accurate Lay Minister roster to FIND A SUBSTITUTE.
