We are so happy to once again partner with Hilton Anaheim for this special event with proceeds benefitting The Eli Home for Abused Children. Individuals, businesses, and organizations can display their imagination and creativity to thousands of visitors who come to the beautiful lobby of the Hilton Anaheim. They can use it as a marketing tool and at the same time help abused children at Christmas. A silent auction will take place while the trees are on display. TIMELINE FOR TREE SPONSORS Deadline for sponsorship commitment is September 26, Deadline for Do It Yourself sponsorship commitment is October 10, Tree sponsors and their volunteers will decorate trees at the hotel during the week of October 24th. Trees will be on display in the lobby of the Hilton Anaheim from November 9, 2016 thru December 1, Bidding for trees will be from November 9, 2016 thru December 1, Winners will be announced at The Eli Home Christmas Ball on December 1, Tree will be available for pick up on December 2, 2016 and December 3, Attached please find detailed information on sponsorship opportunities. 2 Gold Sponsor Includes: Sponsor keeps tree $1500 A professional designer will personally create a 6.5 ft.-7.5 ft. tree to coordinate with the décor of your business or home. 1- Table of 10 at The Eli Home s Annual Christmas Ball on December 1st Company name on Eli Home Website and all promotional material. Your company name next to your tree on display at the Hilton Anaheim (November 9th- December 1st). Invitation to all Christmas Tree Lane Lighting Reception (November 9th) Tree will be available for pick up on the 2nd and 3rd of December. *$300 additional charge for 9 ft. tree

3 Requirements / Suggestions for Do It Yourself Tree Sponsors ONLY REQUIREMENTS: The tree must be artificial and the size must be between 6.5 and 7.5 feet. The theme of the tree must be discussed with Eli Home Staff prior to you purchasing the ornaments/décor to avoid any duplicate or similar themes. The tree will be decorated at the Hilton Anaheim during the week of October 24th. Eli Home Staff will be present during this week to consult, help decorate or assist in any we can. Please call Yolanda at x229 to discuss the theme, schedule the decorating and confirm how many tree decorators will be present. SUGGESTIONS: On average, the trees have 300 ornaments plus added décor such as ribbon, garland, tree skirt, etc. On average, the cost of a 6.5 to 7.5 ft. artificial tree has ranged from $250 to $450 On average, the total cost of a fully decorated tree has ranged from $500 to $850 depending on the stores and various discounts on merchandise.
