4 CONFIRMATION OF MATCH We, Cardiff City Football Club, hereby confirm that the Eamonn Dolan League Series hosted by Cardiff City Academy will be played at USW Sports Park, Treforest CF37 5UP, on Saturday 21 st April am KO We will provide adequate medical cover and a Club Paramedic will be in attendance on the day. We will not be providing refreshments after the game (please note there is no catering facilities on site) Our team colours for the day will be Blue Shirts, Blue Shorts & Blue Socks. Our GK will be wearing Green / Green / Green. (Please see kit section) Please find enclosed a map giving directions to the ground. 8 DIRECTIONS TO CARDIFF CITY ACADEMY USW SPORTS PARK Cardiff City Academy are based at the USW Sports Park based in Treforest 8 mile outside the city centre of Cardiff Directions By Car (From M4) Exit the M4 at J32 and travel north on the A470 for about 4 miles. Exit the A470 at the junction marked A4054 and take the first exit into the Treforest Industrial Estate (A4054). You will see signs for USW Sport Park on your left, just before the ATS building. (From Merthyr Tydfil) Travel south on the A470 until you reach the junction marked A4054. Take the fourth exit off the roundabout into Treforest Industrial Estate (A4054). 9 CARDIFF CITY ACADEMY - SPECTATOR RULES & REGULATIONS Academy stewards will direct you in the Car Park (Please Note Car Parking is limited at the Academy, alternative car parking is available outside of the main campus, parents can drive into the Academy to drop off and then find alternative parking if the Academy is full. Spectators are not permitted within the changing room areas at any time Spectator toilet facilities are located in the USW Pavilion reception area No animals except Guide Dogs to be permitted at the Sports Park No ball games are permitted at the Sports Park by spectators. Tea & Coffee is provided for parents / family members in the Family Lounge located in the Academy Building (Club scouts and Agents are not permitted) Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the bins provided Please support the players, be aware we will not tolerate shouting, bad language or aggressive behaviour towards players, staff or officials at anytime. If this behaviour occurs, you will be asked to leave the Academy. Younger spectators are welcome, and should be supervised at all times
