This applies to all offers. $35K cash, no-cost license agreement for Ella Street connection, relocate CWT circuitry to Barstow Sub. $ 30K/crossing, $ 70,000 total if both crossings are closed. $ 40K/crossing, $ 100,000 total if both crossings are closed. $ 75,000 $ 50,000 $ 140,000.
