6 Dining Chalet - Overview What is it? Each unit = 10 wide x 30 deep Seating for at least tickets per day Thursday-Sunday There is no storage available in these units 6

9 Food & Beverage All inclusive Shared buffets & bars Bar service hours 11:00am-6:00pm (except Sunday which is noon) Alcohol policy Only 2 drinks per person served at one time. Spirits cannot leave hospitality areas. Beer and wine can travel throughout the course. Lunch buffet 11:30am-2:30pm Heavy afternoon snacks 3:00pm- 6:00pm Additional items for table upgrades via our caterer, Levy Restaurants 9

13 Supplemental Tickets, Advance Opening, Signage Confirmation Available now through the Partners website are your forms for completion Optional advance opening on Wednesday, $5,000 per chalet, includes F&B Option to purchase grounds tickets Signage confirmation forms Partner recognition for for our website All forms due back by February 28 13

15 Host Badges/Corporate Host What are the responsibilities of a corporate host? - Greet guest - Tournament liaison - Wrist banding Arrive by at least 10:00am Your guests need a wristband issued by your corporate host to come and go - You will receive bands from Levy each morning - Guest 12 years old and over need bands Full Chalets receive two (2) badges good for all 7 days Half Chalets receive one (1) badge good for all 7 days Provides access to the grounds and to your chalet Are generic has location of unit 15
