6 Notes Live data was extracted from CRIS on the 17th October 2017 covering a recorded date range between 30/03/2017 and 30/09/2017 The data set is a list of offences where the venue address matches key words in the required address. Note that the venue address is free text and as such input errors may occur and local terminology maybe used. It is therefore possible not all offences in relation to the addresses below have been returned. This data relates to offences that occurred at the addresses provided. This does not mean that the victim was the Co-Op as the offence may have been committed against a customer. Please note that all results were manually reviewed and every attempt to only include matching addresses was made. If the crime report was marked as being near (NR),opposite (OPP) or outside (O/S) a Co-Op then these have been excluded, as without reading all these records there is no way of knowing if the recorded venue was relevant to the Co-Op or not. It is possible the store was used as the closest landmark to the recorded crime. It is possible the store was not open for business hours at the time. Some Co-Op stores may no longer be trading at the original locations used to compile this data and different businesses may now occupy those sites. Not all MPS data had either the first and/or the second postcode recorded meaning they could not be matched to the provided customer list which was postcode based. This report is for stores within the MPS boundary. Any stores contained within the customer list that is outside of the MPS will not show up in this report. The list of Co-Op store provided by the customer (and used as a lookup in one of the tables), may not be representative of all Co-Op stores across the MPS. Outcomes include a count of Offences and show what has happened to every offence on each crime report. Some may have been "No Crimed", however other offences on the same crime report may have been Detected or still Undetected at the time the query was run.
