1 At Rosy s Little Village, Agistri Island, Greece, with Annie Cryar and Antigone Tsegeli Information, Booking and Terms and Conditions Thank you for your interest in our 2018 Yoga, Qigong and Shiatsu Agistri Holiday Retreat. Below are details of the holiday, prices, suggested flights, booking conditions, booking and health form. Each person travelling accepts the terms of the following booking conditions: Dates and Prices Wednesday 26th September to Wednesday 3rd October 2018 Prices are split between Yoga, Qigong and meditation sessions and Shiatsu treatment payable in advance in sterling and accommodation payable on arrival to Rosy in Euros 14 classes and a Shiatsu treatment Single occupancy (limited) Double/Twin Triple in a family room Non participating partners 372 This is for 6 nights half board and 1 night B&B, excluding flights and ferry (approx 150) Please see details below. An initial payment of a deposit is required to secure your place. Bookings must be made through Annie Cryar There are a limited number of rooms especially singles available in the village with any overflow in the Hotel Dionysis next door. Dionysis is a one minute walk away from Rosy s. We will do our best to please everybody but please be aware of the potential of overspill.

2 Cancellation Procedure The deposit is refundable in exceptional circumstances only. Please contact Annie. Accommodation, Food and Activities All rooms are en-suite, basic but clean and comfortable; the majority with sea views. The hotel will arrange to collect us on arrival in Agistri for no extra charge. Included in the price is a daily buffet breakfast after the morning class and one other daily meal. One day (to be agreed) is a B & B only day. We ask that you inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies on the health form. The staff are excellent at catering for all needs if notified in advance. There will be 14 classes during your stay, seven Yoga and seven Qigong all led by Annie. Classes start at 8.00am and 6pm. Times may change depending on the needs of the group. We are ever adaptable! It is possible that others staying on the island and residents may join us for some classes by arrangement. First Yoga class with welcome and introductions at 6pm on Wednesday 26 th Free wi-fi internet One sunrise meditation (7 ish) and one other dedicated half hour meditation. One 1hr Shiatsu treatment. Not included: Flights Transfers from airport to Port of Piraeus. (Approx 15pp via shared taxi, 55 mins) Hovercraft/Ferry to Agistri (Approx. 12pp, one hour and 10 minutes) Travel insurance (don t leave home without it) Excursions Trip to Hydra/Ancient healing centre and theatre of Epidauraus/ Boat trip with Lagoon swim around the island/aegina visit Recommended Flights Using Skyscanner to see what s available is invaluable. At the moment prices are low flying from and returning to Gatwick or Heathrow. It depends what s easiest for you. Flying from Gatwick on the early flight there is plenty of time to catch the boat to Agistri. If you arrive at Athens airport later than 5pm we strongly advise

3 you leave the day before the retreat begins and stay the night in Athens and come out the next day. Annie will be on the outgoing flight and will travel with you to Rosy s from Athens Airport. These prices are from Easyjet on 18 th January 2018 and are subject to change usually upwards! It is also gently recommended you take these flights so some of us may be able to travel out together. However please feel free to make your own arrangements and meet us there. Please contact Annie on should you need any help with booking the right flights. We strongly recommend you book your flights as soon as Annie gives you the go ahead, as prices will increase over the coming weeks/months. We strongly advise you take out insurance to cover you for cancellation & sickness. In other words please do not leave home without it.

4 Schedule We reserve the right to alter any arrangements connected to the scheduled activities as well as the daily schedule if we feel it is appropriate and beneficial to the clients and the smooth running of the holiday to do so. Health and Safety You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit, and if in any doubt, seek medical advice from your GP. We ask that all participants complete the attached Booking and Health form and return it to us a.s.a.p. with your deposit of 160. We will not be liable for any injuries you may incur during your stay at the retreat. You will be advised to always stop and rest if you are feeling any pain or sickness You must inform Antigone or Annie of any previous or new injuries or if you are or could be pregnant. Serendipity If anyone has any special skills, eg video, photography, article writing, playing guitar, singing, body- worker etc and you feel you could make an extra contribution to the holiday, then please contact Annie with any ideas. In case of emergency during the retreat, I authorise the leaders to act on my behalf, knowing that everything shall be done to contact the listed adult above to inform them and ask for their consent should I be unable to do so, if any emergency medical treatment needs to take place.
