5 BUS LEAVES THE SCHOOL AT am BE AT THE SCHOOL AT am SHARP WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY LATE PASSENGERS. THEY WILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN WAY TO THE AIRPORT.

6 Medical Condition Please inform me or Mr. Bergin of any medical condition you have passengers are allowed to bring essential medication and dietary requirements in liquid form through the screening points in the quantities needed during their trip. 13 Behaviour Good behaviour is vital for the trip to be a successful, very enjoyable experience School rules still apply Time keeping- if someone is late, this leads to disruption of itinerary, frustrated bus drivers, frustrated classmates and angry teachers

14 Drinking alcohol, smoking and drugs strictly forbidden Beware of people on the streets selling stuff

15 Students will be divided into groups of about 7-8 with a group leader reporting to an assigned member of staff No student at any time is to be on their own Listen carefully to instructions on meeting times and places When entering shops, bring someone with you, especially if you intend on haggling. If you haggle, be realistic, some shop keepers can get very aggressive

16 Road Safety Always use pedestrian crossings Wait until lights change/cars stop Cross in groups, always pay attention and cross quickly Keep in on the footpaths and be courteous to other pedestrians Wear seat belts and stay seated on the bus

17 As we have a very busy itinerary, we will not be able to deviate from our schedule. It will not be possible for students to make alternative arrangements to meet up with relatives, family friends, etc.

20 In the Hotel No messing or shouting on the corridors or in the bed rooms. Normally a balcony in each room, potentially very dangerous. STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY. Students are only permitted into their own room unless a teacher has given permission and is present Lights out means, turn off lights in the room. Students are in bed, not going to the toilet, having a shower etc), and no more talking.

21 Where possible, students decide themselves who they share their rooms with. If there is trouble in the room, all in the room are punished. Choose wisely If you are having difficulty sleeping, we have ways of assisting you
