The first 25 hoppers at each store who pick up a passport will receive a free bracelet with 2012 collector s charm! Receive movie themed charms from each store you visit! Grand Prize - 1 Grand Prize and 3 Runner Ups Receive all 27 stamps on your passport and be eligible to win a Getaway Vacation at Inspirations at Big Bear Lake, a $500 Shopping Spree at any or all of the participating local bead stores, a gift basket full of goodies, and the very prestigious Gum Ball Machine Trophy filled with beads! Three runner ups will receive a $250 Shopping Spree at any or all of the participating local bead stores, and a Mini Gum Ball Machine Trophy filled with beads! Must be 18 years and older to participate. 2. Passport can only be picked up and stamped during the Bead Shop Hop dates. 3. Each participant must present their own passport for stamping. 4. If passport is lost or stolen, previous store stamps will not be issued. 5. You must turn in your passport to a participating bead store by Sunday, September 23, 2012 to be eligible to win a prize. All passports are eligible to win a prize. 6. Eligibility for Grand Prizes: Must receive stamps from all 27 shops. 7. Eligibility for Regional Prizes: Must receive stamps from all shops in a Region. 8. Eligibility for Shop Gift Baskets: Must receive a stamp from the shop that the basket originates from. 9. Winners will be announced by September 30, 2012 and notified by phone. Grand Prizes and Regional Prizes must be picked up at your home store by October 30, Shop Gift Baskets must be picked up at the shop it originated from by October 30, Shipping options will be available at recipient s expense. 10. By filling out your personal information on the passport, you will be added to the Southern California Local Bead Store Association s mailing list.
