This contract uses PennDOT districts to determine areas served. This contract covers the following districts:2-3,2-4,2-5,2-6,2-8,3-2& 3-7. For agencies outside of PennDOT, this contract covers the following counties:. This price is based off an index and is discounted $77.72 per gross ton. PROCESS TO PURCHASE The agency contacts the supplier to arrange for pickup. If the agency is not listed on the facility information attachment in this contract, the agency should contact Scott Bowers, commodity specialist at the number listed above.the agency shall supply the contractor two (2) copies of a receipt/invoice form STD-497 to verify surplus data. Should the agency not have this form, the agency can contact Scott Bowers.
