We use a range of carriers that will deliver spares to your door, customs cleared and will collect any import tax or duty incurred in their transportation. Any charges of this nature are beyond the control of SNG Barratt and must be paid in order to take delivery of your package. In our experience we have found United Parcel Service to be the most reliable means of shipping. Due to the high volume of parcels traffic that UPS enjoy from our company, we have negotiated a most favourable shipping tariff which we pass on to our customers. If time is not an issue we can offer slower, cheaper means of carriage with Royal Mail or shipping agents. Shortages & Damage Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to SNG Barratt within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the quantity you ordered and that nothing is damaged. Your ability to provide us with part numbers using the catalogue will allow for swifter processing of your order. If the catalogue does not list the part that you require, or you require technical assistance, please call. Our staff are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry, drawing on over 100 years of combined Jaguar experience. An order form is provided overleaf to assist you with fax or postal orders. Please complete all the relevant sections as failure to provide us with the required information may result in delay dispatching your order. Payment All orders are charged in local currency and payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Amex, bank transfer or debit card. We recommend that payments in cash are only made if you are collecting your order in person from our counter. Surcharge Refunds Some spares are supplied on an exchange basis and the part we supply will be subject to a surcharge which will be refunded on receipt of a serviceable old unit. We reserve the right to delay such refunds, until the component returned has been checked by our reconditioner to ensure that it is assembled, complete, un-modified and suitable for rebuild. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance with our terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of our sales invoices. Returns If you order or we supply incorrectly, or the part you receive is defective, please return it to us and be sure to fully complete the customer returns form that is supplied with your invoice. If we do not know who the spares are from, or the invoice that you paid for them on, it is impossible to refund your money or provide a replacement. No goods will be considered for credit that have been retained longer than six months. Absolutely no exceptions. SNG Barratt UK reserves the right to levy a 20% handling charge on correctly supplied parts that are subsequently returned for credit. Pricing Shipping UK We despatch every working day Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) using your choice of shipping method. Orders shipped by APC Express Service are guaranteed for delivery the next working day to most locations on the UK mainland. In practice this means that if you order spares on a Friday you will receive them the following Monday. The hours of delivery are anytime from 9am to 5.30pm, however premium services are available upon request if you need your order for example, before Noon. Please refer to our shipping tariff overleaf for further information on our full range of carriage options and Royal Mail postal services. This price list is accurate at the time of press. Our knowledge of the Jaguar spares market is the foundation on which our company is built and we endeavour to be competitive at all times. If you find it possible to buy a part priced cheaper elsewhere, please tell us, and we will strive to match it or beat it, if it is of a similar quality to our own. However, being a large company with over a thousand suppliers, and importing spares from all over the world, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
