Wolf (Flagstaff, Arizona Life Insurance agent) during his tenure as Chairman for the Flagstaff Water Use and Utilization Committee. The Water Use and Utilization Commission was established on August 26, 1958 when the Flagstaff City Council adopted Ordinance No.447 in order to meet the escalating needs of water resource development for the City of Flagstaff and the nearby area. Wolf was also involved with the Flagstaff All Indian Powwow (he was once reportedly forced from the speakers podium by members of the American Indian Movement [A.I.M.]). The collection contains a financial report of the Flagstaff All Indian Powwow. 1/7
