Lions Levee Park This park is located on the scenic Mississippi River. Follow 7 th Avenue to the end. It has a wonderful boat launch, lighted parking, picnic area, charcoal grills, a scenic overlook and is handicapped accessible. The boat launch is available from 4:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. This park is a combined effort of the St. Paul Park Lion s Club, The City of St. Paul Park, Marathon Ashland Oil Refinery and the National Park Service. Riverside Park This park is located on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. Follow 13 th Avenue to the end. This park is a nature study and is designed to be left in its natural state. If you like to take hikes, snow shoe, crosscountry ski and see wildlife, this park is for you. Ample parking is located on 13 th Avenue. This park is a combined effort of the City of St. Paul Park and the National Park Service. Dingle Park This park is located between Pullman Avenue, Portland Avenue and Holley Avenue. For summer enjoyment, it has a shuffleboard court, grills, benches and picnic area with shelter. It has a wonderful playground for toddlers. Abdella Memorial Park This park has a half mile paved walking path, tennis courts, ball field, half court basketball, and play equipment. Enjoy the picnic area with a shelter and charcoal grill. Abdella Park is located on Hastings Avenue with parking on Dayton Avenue. Abdella meets the needs of everyone. Veteran s Memorial Park A park designed as a tribute to those who have served their country. Much of the funding, labor and design of this park is due to the Veteran s Organizations of St. Paul Park; a great place to relax and enjoy the day.
