5 Surcharge Information All charges are subject to wait/load times and charges for futile jobs. *** Fuel Surcharge *** Please note that effective from 1st July 2010, a fuel surcharge of 9.00% will be applied to our services. *** POD Charges *** A POD Request will incur a charge if the delivery has been delivered to the correct address and the courier has obtained a signature. A POD Request will NOT incur a charge if the delivery has NOT been delivered correctly, or has not been delivered as instructed. The POD Charges are: Less than 3 months old $5 ($5.50 inc GST) *** Account Service Fee *** Accounts will attract a service fee of $10.00 ($11.00 inc GST) per billing period. However, if full payment of invoice is received by due date (within 21 days), this fee will be credited. *** Late payment Fees *** If payment not received within 45 days, a 7.00% fee ($16.50 minimum including $1.50 GST) will apply to the outstanding balance. If payment not received within 60 days, a 18.00% fee ($22.00 minimum including $2.00 GST) will apply to the outstanding balance. If payment not received within 90 days, a 22.00% fee ($44.00 minimum including $4.00 GST) will apply to the outstanding balance. *** Conditions of Carriage *** Please refer to the Mail Call online booking website for Conditions of Carriage ( NOTE*: 1 tonne vehicle has minimum charge $30.00 ($33 inc GST). 2 tonne vehicle has minimum charge $40.00 ($44 inc GST). NOTE**: Any Courier Jobs booked after 4:00PM Must be booked as VIP. Page 5
