1 Transportation Options Complimentary Shuttle The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the San Jose International Airport. Once you land, call so they can send your shuttle. As you come out of baggage claim, look for signs to find hotel shuttle pick up. To return to the airport, you will need to book a shuttle at the hotel front desk. Uber/Lyft If you prefer to use Uber or Lyft, the pick-up and drop-off locations are: Pick-up: Terminal A Ground Transportation Island - Stop 1 Terminal B Ground Transportation Island - Stops 8 & 9 Drop-off: All App-Based Rideshares are authorized to drop off passengers at the departures curbsides of both terminals. Rental Cars The Rental Car Center is located directly across from Terminal B. Terminal B passengers can walk across Airport Drive at the crosswalks from baggage claim to reach the Rental Car Center. Terminal A passengers may take any Airport blue shuttle bus to or from the Rental Car Center.
