Cake walk! Volunteers Needed Room Parents are looking for volunteers to help with games or in the kitchen for about an hour the night of the Fun Fair. We also need help AFTER the Fun Fair to clean up. Please contact Liz Evans at or Got an hour after school on February 25th? Help decorate, hang signs, and set up games for the Fun Fair! Call Traci Cain or to help. Order Tickets NOW! Don't wait in line the night of the Fair. Buy your ticktets ahead of time! Order forms for Game and Raffle Tickets are in this Newsletter on page 5! Game Tickets are 4/$1 or a packet of 20/$5 which is a good number to start with for each child. Raffle Tickets are $1 each. During PRESALES ONLY you can get 6/$5 or 25/$20! Food is with cash and check only. Please take a look at the enclosed menu to plan for dinner costs the night of the Fair. Mardi Gras Masks Look Great! Thank you for turning in Mardi Gras Masks! Your amazing creations will be on grand display in the lobby and on select signs for Fun Fair! The masks with names on them will be returned to your child's teacher the week after Fun Fair. Those masks without names can be found in the office in a box labeled Mardi Gras Masks. Please pick those up the week after Fun Fair. Cakewalk! Piggly Wiggly has generously donated 100 cupcake holders for your use for the Fun Fair! These 6 count containers will be available in the school office beginning Monday, February 22 nd. Please pick one up or send your cake/cupcakes to school in a NON-RETURNABLE container. 5 Let s Celebrate Mardi Gras! Wilson Fun Fair February 26, :30 p.m. 8:30 p.m. Raffle Tickets Order ahead for special pricing (see pricing below on order form). On the night of the Fun Fair, tickets will be available for $1 each. Once you receive your raffle tickets, you may do one of the following: 1. Fill them out and place them in the appropriate raffle item bin during the night of the Fun Fair. OR Have us put them in the raffle item bin for you! For this option: MARK YOUR TICKETS WITH YOUR NAME/ADDRESS (address labels work great) AND THE RAFFLE ITEM NUMBERS YOU WANT. CUT OFF AND KEEP YOUR TICKET STUB AND RETURN THE TICKETS TO SCHOOL NO LATER THAN NOON, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25 th. YOU MAY ALSO PURCHASE TICKETS ON FUN FAIR NIGHT BETWEEN 5:30 7:15 PM AT REGULAR PRICING. DRAWING IS AT 7:30 PM. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. Most games require one ticket to play but there are a few which require more. FYI for new parents: $5 worth of tickets per child is a good starting amount for games. You do not need tickets for food.
