1 Cleveland Landmarks Commission Cleveland Architects Walker & Weeks Birth/Established: 1911 Death/Dissolved: 1953 Biography: Walker and Weeks was established in The firm designed the Cleveland Public Library and Cleveland Board of Education in the Cleveland Group Plan of Public Buildings. They were also the architects of the Federal Reserve Bank and Severance Hall. The firm designed many bank buildings in Cleveland and throughout the region. In the 1920's they had a staff that numbered sixty.
