5 Jacob loved Joseph more than his other sons Jacob made Joseph a colorful coat.

6 Joseph s brothers were jealous, because their father loved him most. They were jealous of his coat Joseph had a dream. In his dream, his brothers wheat bowed down to his. 7 Joseph had another dream where the sun, moon, and 11 stars bowed down to him. Even his father laughed at this one One day, his brothers were out feeding the animals. Jacob asked Joseph to go check on them.

8 His brothers saw him coming, and they began to think of ways to kill him Reuben convinced his brothers not to kill Joseph. They put him in a pit instead.

9 While the brothers were eating, some traders came by. They sold Joseph to the traders instead of killing him The traders took Joseph to Egypt and sold him to Potiphar. Potiphar was an officer of the Pharaoh.

10 The brothers dipped Joseph s coat in animal blood and took it home to Jacob. Jacob thought Joseph was dead In Egypt, Joseph became very important to Pharaoh. A famine spread across Egypt. God used Joseph to save many people, and reunited Joseph with his family.
