The Kravis Center will take messages, but will not release the address or phone number where you are staying. All messages will be given to your company or stage manager. There are outside lines available for use by touring companies. These lines can be routed to specific dressing rooms. All lines have a long distance and toll call block. Companies must supply their answering machines and fax machines. For more information please call the production office at ext or TICKETS No one is allowed in the theater without a ticket. If you wish to purchase tickets, all orders should be placed with your Company Manager. BOX OFFICE & PHONE ORDERS Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Box Office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Closed Sunday. If there is a Sunday performance, the Box Office will open two hours prior to curtain. For your convenience, a box office window will remain open during intermission for advance purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait time after a performance. 1

2 SUMMER HOURS - Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If there is a weekend performance the Box office will open two hours prior to curtain. For your convenience, a box office window will remain open during intermission for advance purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait time after a performance. The Kravis Center's Charge-By-Phone Line, Kravis Charge is (561) 832-SHOW (7469). Outside the local area call KRAVIS-1( ). VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted. DRESSING ROOMS Dressing rooms are located on stage left, stage right and on the basement level. Upon checking into the Kravis Center, your Company Manager will assign dressing rooms. VENUES The Kravis Center has three performing arts venues -- Dreyfoos Hall - capacity 2195, main concert hall Rinker Playhouse - capacity , black box theater Persson Rehearsal Hall capacity , black box theater PARKING Parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the Kravis Center. There is no parking on or near the loading dock. For bus parking information, please ask your Company Manager. We have a 5-level parking garage which is free. LOST and FOUND The lost and found is located at Security by the stage door entrance. If you have misplaced something please contact your Company Manager.
