This adventure involves a short van ride to East Boothbay, followed by an easy walk along a woodland trail through Linekin Preserve and a back road stroll along the bordering ocean. The trip begins with a van ride through Boothbay Harbor, followed by a 15 minute transit along the area s Rachel Carson Shore way, then on to Porter Preserve on Barters Island. On this trip you ll explore scenic Maine north of Route 1, driving over backroads and byways to Sheepscot Village and Cowshit Corners.
