Celebrate the uniquely-nashville dish, Hot Chicken, beginning at 11 am with a parade of fire trucks and free Hot Chicken samples to the first 500 people in line. Live music from local bands all day long and visitors can look on while six teams try their hand at cooking up their version of Hot Chicken in the Amateur Cooking Contest.
