1 EXHBT "A" - RESALE LST Pursuant to Section 34.05(a)(c) and (d) of the Texas Property Tax Code, the properties listed below will be sold at a public resale of trust properties at the courthouse steps of the Courthouse in Marlin, Falls County, Texas, on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, beginning at l0:00 a.m. lfnot previously withdrawn from the resale, the presiding officer will sell the property to the highest bidder for cash or its equivalent. The bid will start at the amount of the minimum opening bid set out to the right of each tract, and no bid less than that amount will be accepted by the officer conducting the resale.
