1 GOUVES VILLAS - HOTEL DESCRIPTION Gouves Villas is a complex of 4 independent villas MINOS, DOMINIKOS, VITSENTZOS, LEFKIPPOS located in Kato Gouves on the north coast of Crete. They are stone structures built with the characteristics of Cretan architecture combined with intricate touches of modern design, thus creating a magical holiday environment. White and earth tones prevail, highlighting the sense of harmony and relaxation, offering a unique holiday experience to the visitor. Location The Villas are located in Kato Gouves. Kato Gouves is the largest settlement in the Pediada province and is the capital of Gouves Municipality in Heraklion administrative district. It is located near the foothills of Ederi small mountain. The word Ederi is considered to come from hedera which means ivy and is a symbol of affection. The area is lowland and sparsely populated.the diverse coastline offers many possibilities depending on the preferences of the visitor. For those looking for comfort there are long sandy beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds. In some of them even water sports are offered. On the other hand, if someone prefers the intimacy he can find more secluded small beaches where only a few swimmers can be seen. Therefore, it is possible to enjoy the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean in whatever way someone wishes. In Kato Gouves the visitor can find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket and convenience stores, shops for car and motorbike rental, ATM, pharmacy, medical center. The esplanade of Kato Gouves with the wide sidewalk and a length of approximately three kilometers is a great place for a walk. 3 GOUVES VILLAS - ROOM S DESCRIPTION VILLA DOMINIKOS: Interior: The ground floor comprises of an open plan living and dining room area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be converted into a double king size bed, and two bathrooms with shower. To the delight of music fans there is an old piano in the living room area. Highlighting the union of tradition with modern design, a staircase made of iron and glass comes out of the stone wall leading to the airy and sunny Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a bath with bathtub - hydro massage - ham am-aromatherapy cabin. Over the Master Bedroom there is a wooden loft suitable for relaxation, meditation, reading, work. You will be there along the wooden staircase located in the bedroom. From the terrace, which someone can approach either from the Master Bedroom, or from the outside staircase, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Each villa also offers a space that can be used for various activities. It can be characterized as fitness/play room and contains a bathroom, a refrigerator, gym equipment and a massage bed. On the terrace outside the playroom you can simply relax and enjoy the beautiful view, or you can work out during a Pilates, Yoga, Callanetics or Swedish gymnastics session under the guidance of a personal trainer. There are large glass partitions, and therefore the area is always illuminated and pleasant. Next to the living area an outdoor stone-made staircase leads downstairs to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a bath with a hydro massage - ham am-aromatherapy bathtub cabin. The entrance to the bathroom is through a large stone made arch.
