Two ski areas are within easy reach: a ten minute drive to St. Moritz, of a five minute drive to Zuoz Family Ski area. Furthermore, the Samedan private airfield is only seven and a half kilometres away. Sunny La Punt Chamues-ch is strategically perfectly located at the foot of the Albula Pass, beside the River Inn. In winter, the snow-covered road over the pass is closed to traffic, and becomes a thrilling toboggan run. More snow fun includes the idyllic crosscountry ski trails, signposted Nordic Walking tours, a variety of snowshoeing routes and ski touring programmes. Children love the family friendly resort because of the Müsella children s ski lift and the nearby playground. Famous two-michelin starred restaurant, Chesa Pirani, is the pride of the village. La Punt Chamues-ch is blessed by richly adorned farmhouses and grand patrician houses from the 16th and 17th centuries this luxury chesa is one of them! It is a spacious masterpiece of timber and stone work, artfully combined with glass and granite, where needed. In the restoration process, all original roof structure and floors were retained. The majestic front door opens to an entrance hall and a glimpse of a relaxation area and dining room deeper into the chalet. All furnishings and textiles are in shades of earthy colours, sophisticated browns and stylish creams. The lounge, with double height vaulted ceilings, has a lovely fireplace and terrace access. In the kitchen the original Engadin Stübli was retained, while all modern amenities were added to make guests lives easy. In total twelve people can sleep in the five beautiful bedrooms. On the first floor you find the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the original Engadin double bedroom - adapted to modern standards and a third bedroom with two bunkbeds, that can sleep four children. A separate bathroom serves these bedrooms. Two more en-suite double bedrooms are placed on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are Page 1

2 showcases of class and elegance. More than 250sqm of space beneath the house is dedicated to wellness, ski-room, wine cellar, home cinema and a laundry room. The Sainte Claire Wellness centre boasts with a sauna, Hammam and a shower, while the high end Home Cinema will provide lots of entertainment.
