Applications for Burn Permits can now be made online In accordance with Town's By-Law a Burn Permit is required for all outdoor burning within the Town of Caledon. To obtain a burning permit you may now: Apply online at /fire or apply in person at the Fire Administration Headquarters (6211 Old Church Road, Caledon East) during regular business hours. Identification is required and your signature must be given in order for the permit to be issued. Town of Caledon Employment Survey Now Available Online Help inform and shape the future During the period from May to August of this year the Town of Caledon, in partnership with the Region of Peel, will be conducting the Town of Caledon Employment Survey. The first of its kind for Caledon, this survey is a door-to-door survey of area businesses. We strongly encourage your participation as the survey attempts to gather key business and employment information that is used to inform Regional and area municipal policy directions. 7 Town of Caledon Ice Storm Debris Round-Up The Town of Caledon has planned a series of debris drop-off days at various locations to help residents clean up from the 2013 Ice Storm. Round up your debris! Trees and branches can be dropped off at the locations listed below, no matter the size. To increase accessibility, residents can drop-off debris at the listed locations approximately one week before the specified dates. Designated drop-off areas will be clearly marked. For residents able to come on the specified dates, crews will be available to help unload debris and mulch it for personal use. Come together to help clean up! The Town asks residents who have the capabilities to think of neighbours who could use assistance in removing and transporting debris. The Town of Caledon s Public Works will continue to work with the community to manage remaining debris.
