2 Lisbon - 1 day Visit to Lisbon s main attractions such as the Cathedral and Castelo de São Jorge (St. George s Castle) with its magnificent view over the city. After lunch visit to Mosteiro dos Jerónimos (Jerónimos Monastery a UNESCO World Heritage site and the Torre de Belém (Belém Tower). Oporto - 1 day Visit to the charming city of Oporto for a panoramic tour which includes the Torre dos Clérigos (Clergymen s Tower) the typical district of Ribeira. After lunch visit of Estação de São Bento (St. Benedict s Stations), the Cathedral and Port wine cellars. Coimbra - 1 day Panoramic visit of Mosteiro de Santa-Clara-a-Velha (St. Claire s Monastery) and historical centre and nearby Igreja de Santa Cruz (Holy Cross Church). After lunch visit of the Catedral Velha (Old Cathedral) and the University with its Library and Igreja de São Miguel (St. Michael s Church).

3 Óbidos/ Nazaré/ Alcobaça/ Batalha - 1 day Tour of the west region of Portugal to visit the medieval town of Óbidos, the fishing town of Nazaré, the Alcobaça and Batalha Monasteries, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Tejo Wines Route - 1 day This route takes us to the Cartaxo (wine capital), Santarém, an historic town, and visit of two emblematic local wineries and taste the extraordinary wines. Northern Ribatejo - 1 day Ribatejo is a region in central Portugal and this tour takes you to visit Tomar and Christ s Convent, the National Railway Museum at Entroncamento, Golegã (national horse capital) and the Casa-Museu de Carlos Relvas (House Museum Ribatejo Horses Half day Visit to Santarém followed by the Sorraia Horse Reserve, a typical breed of the region and lastly visit to an historic farm with a horse-drawn buggy ride, visit to the stables and wine tasting.

4 Fado Evening Dinner at a typical restaurant to listen to the immaterial heritage, Fado. According to the day of the week, this experience may be at the best location whether it be Fátima, Óbidos, Coimbra or Lisboa. Templar Lands Half day The Knights of the Templar are steeped in mysticism and formerly the Tomar region was their headquarters and this is what shall be discovered on this tour by visiting Almourol Castle, Pegões Aqueduct and Christ s Convent, a UNESCO World Heritage site.) Santarém Half day Visit of this important and historical town, Gothic capital to see the garden of Portas do Sol (former castle), the 13th century St. Francis Convent and historical centre with its Church of the Miracles and the Cathedral.

Museu Nacional Ferroviário - 2h30 Guided tour of the National Railway Museum in Entroncamento to see some of the fascinating 19th century steam engines and the evolution of the railways. Parque Natural das Serras d Aire e Candeeiros by Bike Half day - 13km Medium level tour to see this magnificent natural park with breath-taking landscapes and at the end visit to Grutas de Santo António (caves).

6 Paúl do Boquilobo Nature Reserve on Foot Half day - 7km A pedestrian route to visit this reserve of great interest and learn about its flora and fauna. It is also a wonderful place for photography. Descent of the River Tagus Half day Descent of the river Tagus in kayak, starting at the beautiful town of Constância and ending in the village of Tancos. There will be an opportunity to try the local traditional sweets and also visit the emblematic Castelo de Almourol (Almourol Castle).
