3 Preface A decelerated growth at retail stage has continued in the fourth consecutive year, marking a growth rate of 1.4% in That is significantly lower than the average annual growth rate of 3.6% since the beginning of the century and the long-term growth rate of 3.1% since Slowing dynamics necessitate a survey on world fiber and retail markets, their status, latest trends and outlook to explore opportunities.
