5 Cost Inclusion Cost Inclusion all flights and airport transfers all accommodation whilst not in homestay private coach service transportation by train workshops (if applicable) guided tours entrance fees for most attractions breakfasts dinners at local restaurants or at the hotel (set menu) Italy/France Trips only travel insurance What is NOT Included passport costs lunches while touring dinners while touring Japan Trip only public transport tickets (during homestay) excess baggage (maximum 20kg) What is NOT Included items of a personal nature (phone costs, laundry etc.) drinks at dinner tips spending money Student Eligibility and Expectations students must be studying a relevant subject in 2018 in Year 10 or 11 Italy Trip Art subject (Art, Media or VCD) or Italian France Trip French Japan Trip Japanese Student Eligibility and Expectations school fees must be up to date students must abide by College general expectations eligibility will be reviewed occasionally until the time of departure 5

6 Procedure If you are intending to go on this trip, fill in the application form and submit to the front office by Friday 21 April Eligible students will receive a letter from the College detailing the deposit payment The non-refundable deposit ($750 for Italy/France Trip, $500 for Japan Trip) will be required to secure your place on the trip Procedure Minimum number of students for the trip to go ahead 15 students (Italy Trip) 5 students (France Trip) 10 students (Japan Trip) Final payment needs to be paid by November 2017 (Italy/France Trip) March 2018 (Japan Trip) Host Family Opportunity Term for 10 weeks 21 Japanese students from Seishu High School 6 Italian students from Istituto Tirinnanzi 6
