There s no better way to start the day than watching the sunrise in the spa s steamy outdoor pool. Or you could welcome a fresh summer morning with an aqua gym session in our indoor pool, while admiring the phenomenal mountain scenery through the floor to ceiling windows. Later in the day, try a Pilates, stretching or foam rolling session to leave you feeling fully rejuvenated and regenerated. And make sure you find the time to simply relax on a lounger in our garden, overlooking the Lake. At 1,800m about sea level, training is highly effective and ensures your cardiovascular system is in peak condition, which is why so many of the world s top athletes can be found training in the Engadine during the summer months. very important kids Dear diary, I have never seen anything like it - yesterday we arrived at the Kulm Hotel and there were so many things waiting in my room - sweets and toys, just for me! Now that s what I call a holiday J. Today was also really great. First, I woke up in my super fluffy bed. Then I had a really yummy breakfast. After that I went to the kids club, where we painted cups and made bracelets. Mine is pink - my favourite colour! In the afternoon we could choose between a mysterious treasure hunt or going swimming. Mum calls me a dolphin sometimes, so of course I decided to go swimming. We kids even have our own pool. That s perfect for us, because grownups don t bother us there. After all the excitement, I was pretty hungry and thirsty. Luckily for us kids, we get free juice and ice-cream everywhere. Before dinner, mum and dad got an aperitif and I got to mix my own kids-mocktail. For dinner we made our very own pizza! Woah, the stone oven is really hot! Tomorrow we are going to watch a movie together and we will even get rainbow-coloured popcorn! Maybe I ll tell my big brother about it too Actually, maybe not, he has his own Maxi- Programme for the big kids. They can go to the Engadin Kids Sport Camps and do fun things like stand-up paddling, canoeing and even jump on trampolines - awesome!
