Below is a list of documents included. Plan Commission Application 6 copies of the Proposed Rezoning Map 6 copies of the Proposed three lot Certified Survey Map The proposed rezoning will allow for the future City of Verona Public Works Facility on Lot 1 of the Certified Survey Map and allow for the division of lots 2 and 3 for use as single family residential in both the Community Residential and Neighborhood Residential zoning districts. Below is a list of documents included. Plan Commission Application 6 copies of the Proposed Preliminary Plat 6 copies of the Proposed Final Plat The proposed preliminary and final plat are addition to the existing Cathedral Point Neighborhood.
