2 History Crudi d italia Group, take origin in The company is based in Sala Baganza (Parma) and Colledara (Teramo); the two plants in Parma, Aba and Luppi, are in typical Parma s ham production territory. Crudi d Italia is one of most important manufacturer of Parma Ham and typical Italian Ham and a producer for the all the categories of sliced products in five lines. In 1985 ABA Prosciutti is acquired in San Vitale Baganza (Parma) in the hearth of typical zone for Parma ham production. In 2000, the shareholders decide to built a new plant for the production of fresh ham for week in the middle of Italy, in the famous zone of Gran Sasso d Italia (Teramo) At the and of 2005 the shareholders acquire the brand and the plants of Luppi in San Vitale Baganza to complete, with one of the best and most famous Parma ham, the grow up of high quality process 2
