2 BOOKING INFORMATION Booking deadline: Friday 14 April 2017 Book early to avoid disappointment! Integrity International Events (on behalf of the ACPGBI) are handling accommodation bookings for the meeting. We have negotiated preferential rates at the below hotels for delegates when accommodation is booked through Integrity. All accommodation can be booked online as part of your delegate registration. We have booked a great selection of hotels, all close to the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), most within 5-10 minutes walking distance, ranging from 3 to 5 star. To guarantee your choice of hotel and the best possible rates book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment. Please read the following details carefully before booking. 3 TERMS & CONDITIONS Payment and confirmation All individual hotel bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment must be made by debit/credit card; we regret that we cannot accept cheques or bank transfers. Cancellations Cancellations before 14 April: cancellations must be sent by fax or to Integrity International Events at the contacts detailed above and a full refund less an administrative charge of 40 will be made. We cannot accept room cancellations over the telephone. After 14 April the following terms apply: 1. Reducing nights booked: the total nights booked may not be reduced after 14 April without penalty terms vary at different hotels, please check with us. 2. Adding extra nights: subject to availability you may adjust your booking after 14 April until 2 June but you must contact us by to make your request. Please do not contact the hotel; they will only refer you to us. 3. Changing the name of a booking: straightforward name replacements may be made without cost by ing acpgbi@integrity-events.com. No substitutions may be made after 2 June. 4. No-show on the date of arrival: full charges for all nights booked will apply. If you plan to arrive later you must notify both the hotel and Integrity International Events directly by . If you don t notify the hotel directly your entire reservation will be released but will not be refunded. HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION IF YOU ARE A DELEGATE (or an agency on behalf of up to 10 delegates) Bookings must be made as part of each delegate registration online. Go to a full listing of hotels on page 5. This summary page lists the hotels which are available. Select the hotel that you wish to book (we suggest you also have a back-up choice also just in case since availability may change from day to day). If you wish to extend your stay beyond the main ACPGBI meeting dates, we recommend that you contact us by (acpgbi@integrity-events.com) to let us know what you need, we can then adjust the booking system. Complete your registration, selecting the hotel and nights that you wish to book (please note carefully the terms and conditions applicable). The full cost of your hotel will be included in your registration total, which should be paid in full before the deadline of Friday 14 April. Registration not paid in full by this date will be subject to the higher rate. Accommodation which is still outstanding at 14 April will be deleted from your booking. After 14 April we cannot guarantee any hotel availability. Booking confirmation: please retain your online registration confirmation as proof of hotel booking, together with any other relevant correspondence. 4 GROUP BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 10 ROOMS Applicable to agencies booking more than 10 delegates (bookings for less than 10 delegates must be completed as part of online registration). 1. Please your request to please detail as follows: a. Total rooms required for each night b. Indication of 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of hotels c. Any budgetary guidelines on rate per night d. Full address details for invoice purposes 2. We will outline available options to you, and ask you to confirm (quickly, by return) your agreement with the accommodation suggested. We will then send you a group rooming list for completion. This must be sent back within 7 working days. 3. Pre-payment: we will then send you an invoice for full prepayment of accommodation. Please note: we cannot confirm the allocation as guaranteed until we have received names, arrival dates and departure dates. Payment may be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card (MasterCard or Visa), if you wish to pay by card, we will contact you for. 4. Room confirmation: we will send you back a PDF version of the group booking form which we will sign as confirmation of your booking. INDIVIDUAL EXHIBITOR BOOKINGS Applicable only to stand personnel who are not registering as delegates. Please follow the same procedure as for groups of 10 rooms or more regardless of the number of rooms that you need; complete the form and send it to Integrity International Events, and we will invoice you. Featuring a heated indoor pool, complimentary 24-hour fitness centre and spa & health club with sauna and steam facilities. Saturday Kitchen presenter and well-known chef Matt Tebbutt's new Schpoons & Forx restaurant serves up modern British cuisine. The LEVEL8IGHT The Sky Bar offers a panoramic town view of Bournemouth from the 8th floor. 7 PARK CENTRAL HOTEL Overlooking the sea, the 4-star Park Central Hotel is found within a period building, close to Bournemouth s desirable beaches, and next door to the Bournemouth International Centre. Alongside the Park Central is the hotel s Crab at Bournemouth fine dining, seafood restaurant. Here you can enjoy fine cuisine prepared by Michelin star trained chefs The executive bedrooms all have separate lounge areas to relax in in the evening. There are no onsite leisure facilities but staff will be happy to direct you to the nearest swimming pool and gym. 8 TROUVILLE HOTEL The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from the beach. Boasting a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre, parking is available on site and free WiFi is accessible in public areas. The Annex, located in Trouville Lodge adjacent to main hotel, offers additional accommodation. 9 HAMPTON BY HILTON Opened in 2015, this centrally located hotel offers easy access to the bustling town centre, the beach and the The Bournemouth International Centre. The hotel has a 24-hour fitness centre. Use of the fitness centre is free for all hotel guests. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, chargeable parking if needed, and dine in the hotel s restaurant. 10 THE ROYAL BATH HOTEL Opened on Queen Victoria's coronation day in June 1838, the Royal Bath Hotel & Spa Bournemouth was the first hotel in Bournemouth. It offers 3 hotel restaurants, a health spa and lovely sea views. Guests can choose from the views at the Garden Restaurant, light meals at the Cafe Promenade or fine dining at Oscar s, named after regular hotel guest Oscar Wilde. The Leisure Pavillion boasts an indoor pool, hot tub or sauna. There is also a gym and a range of health and beauty treatments available. Access to the spa and leisure facilities is subject to a surcharge. 11 BOURNEMOUTH HIGHCLIFF MARRIOTT HOTEL With a dramatic seafront location, Highcliff Marriott Hotel has a leisure club with a fitness area, indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. 12 NORFOLK HOTEL Previously the home of the Duke of Norfolk, this recently renovated hotel is centrally located in the heart of the town and within steps from the sandy beaches. Newly opened beauty salon The Orchid Rooms offers a variety of beauty services and treatments. The Norfolk Hotel also includes indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room. Complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel and a private onsite carpark for an additional cost.
