The Village of Patchogue is seeking to add a hotel to its prospering downtown. Patchogue, Long Island offers convenient access to transportation and area attractions making it a very appealing neighborhood for hotel development. Additionally, Downtown Patchogue offers adult lifestyle community amenities, such as the ability to walk to restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as night clubs and parks. Patchogue has emerged as one of the fastest growing neighborhoods with recent public and private investments totaling $455 Million, largely due to friendly local government abilities to fast track approvals within 12 months. This is a prime opportunity for a developer to capitalize on Downtown Patchogue s high political and community demand for a hotel in an effort to accommodate the rapid inflow of visitors and tourists.
