1 SAUDI ARAMCO ANNUITANTS 30th REUNION Ahlan Wa Sahlan Monterey HAFLA 2016 October 24 26, 2016 Dear Fellow Annuitants & Friends, On behalf of The Saudi Aramco Annuitants Biennial Hafla Organizing Committee, we welcome you, your families and friends to Monterey and the 30th Saudi Aramco Annuitants Reunion at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course in Monterey, California. As we heard in Orlando 2010, Hafla means a friendly gathering, a party, a celebration of family and friends. We plan to continue the traditions of the past 29 Annuitants Reunions in the spirit of Hafla and to also give you the opportunity to sample some of the history and beauty that is the Monterey Peninsula. The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa (monterey.hyatt.com) is nestled in 22 acres of soaring Monterey Pines and on the Del Monte Golf Course, providing the most discerning traveler with the quintessential Monterey experience. Its Central California Coast location offers guests close proximity to downtown Monterey and Monterey Airport and easy access to some of the Peninsula s most well-known attractions. Guests of Hyatt are welcome to enjoy the two heated outdoor pools and the rejuvenating treatments at Marilyn Monroe Spa. Other popular spots at the hotel are TusCA Ristorante, a farm-to-table restaurant offering delicious cuisine in an elegantly casual atmosphere, Knuckles sports bar, the hotel lobby bar and outdoor patio with firepits. If you wish to enjoy other activities in the area, you can extend your hotel stay at the group rates for three days prior and/or three days after the Reunion. Monterey Hafla 2016 will feature three evening banquets with musical entertainment and the customary optional Golf and Bridge Tournaments. At the Gala Banquet on Tuesday night, honored speakers from the Company will bring us the latest news from Dhahran. Additional, optional tours to nearby attractions will be arranged and registration will be announced soon on Aramco Expats Highlights & Notices. There will also be a Sidelines/Exhibitions space, Simulated Sports Games, and representatives from ASC Benefits, Aetna, AON Hewitt and Vanguard are expected to attend and be available. PHOTOGRAPHY: At Registration there will be a special table for group photography sign-up. Tuesday, October 25 th : Formal group photos of 8 or more must reserve a time slot between 2:00pm 5:00pm. Wednesday, October 26: The photographer will be on-site during the Reception and Dinner to take pictures of singles, couples and groups less than 6 people. No reservations are necessary. Photos will be available for purchase after the reunion directly from the photographer s website which will be posted at the Hyatt.

The total discounted cost for greens fees, cart, prizes, box lunch, and box of four golf balls w/logos of all four Pebble Beach courses, taxes is $160 per person. (Sets of clubs can be rented separately for $65 at the clubhouse.) BRIDGE TOURNAMENT TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 (Social) - $25 per person WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26 (Duplicate) - $30 per person A Chairperson is still needed for this activity.
