Visit the observation deck of the 360 Chicago building and enjoy an architectural cruise on the Chicago River. This afternoon is at leisure. Perhaps visit the famous Chicago Bean. Start the day with the view from atop the St. Louis Gateway Arch. 7 Chicago Las Vegas GLENN SHORROCK With a career spanning over 40 years, Glenn Shorrock is one of the legends of Australian music and show business. A self-confessed child of rock n roll, he began singing in 1962, forming The Little River Band in Glenn regularly performs on behalf of various charities and continues as an ambassador for Variety. As a testament to his enduring talent he has been twice inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame. He has been blessed with a long and successful career and doing some of his best work right at the moment. Glenn intends to begin work on what is bound to be a great read, autobiography. I am really looking forward to this iconic road trip! Join me and Let s get our kicks on Route 66. Glenn display of antique firearms. Later, visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, honouring the 1995 bombing victims. Experience a Cultural Insight into the events of that infamous day through the eyes of someone who experienced it as they recount stories from the tragic event. Crossing into the Texas Panhandle, return to Old Route 66 for a scenic drive before stopping in Amarillo, the yellow rose of Texas. Tonight enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoy the day exploring on your own. See the historic El Rancho Hotel, which served as a home base to the movie stars who came to the desert for their films. Crossing into Arizona, see the Wigwam Motel in Holbrook and the Man Standing on the Corner in Winslow before arriving in Flagstaff with its quaint downtown and pine-forested hills. Tonight enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Accommodation: Doubletree Flagstaff Day 15: Thursday 6th October 2016 Flagstaff Cameron Trading Post Grand Canyon National Park As the morning sun gilds the desert landscape, visit the traditional land of the Navajo people. Spend the night inside the park, allowing time to explore this natural wonder. We will do everything within our control not to adjust prices and will generally only amend prices in the event of market fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs and other operating costs on which prices are based. If deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled without notification. Cancellations: For bookings cancelled before 22nd June 2016, Your deposit is non refundable For cancellations made after 22nd June 2016, 100% of your tour payment will be forfeited. Cancellations must be received in writing and are not effective until this notification has been received. Group conditions: ~A minimum number of passengers are required to operate this tour. Should minimum passenger numbers not be met we will review the operation of this tour, and additional costs may apply. Host attendance is subject to minimum numbers. Amendments: Changes made after deposit has been paid will incur a $250 per person amendment fee. Tour itinerary adjustments: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary including sight-seeing, schedules, hotels, and other tour inclusions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Single Rooms: A limited number of rooms are available at the single supplement price. If you are willing to share with another person of the same gender, we will do all possible to match you up. Single supplement will apply unless we are successful in finding another passenger to share. Once on tour, should either passenger decide they no longer wish to share, additional cost will apply to secure single rooms, and will be subject to availability. Passports/Visas: All passengers must have a passport that is valid for at least six months after the holiday package return date. Passengers must consult with the appropriate consulates to ensure that they have any applicable visas for countries included in the holiday package prior to departure. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is compulsory for all Signature Journeys. Please ensure you arrange this prior to departure.
