7 > Payment, booking confirmation and invoice for individuals and groups We would like to inform you that when you have completed the registration form, you will receive an confirmation with an access key, which you are kindly asked to record. It provides access to your booking details, and can later on be used to add details, make changes, add new items, make credit card payment or print out the registration summary and pro forma invoice. All payments (registration fee and hotel accommodation) must be made in advance in Euros (EUR). Mrs Mojca Juvančič will provide you with a detailed invoice for the (individual) group accommodation and registration cost after you have chosen the preferred mode of payment. Please be advised that all refunds will be issued after the congress. 1. Cancellation of registration Please note that when a cancellation has been received no later than August 31, 2014 payment will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellation received after September 1, 2014 will not be refunded. 2. Cancellation of accommodation booking All cancellations received before August 31, 2014 are non chargeable. When a cancellation has been received from September 1, 2014, one night will be charged to your credit card or added to the group invoice. 7 P age

8 Cancellation received after September 5, 2014 will not be refunded and full booked accommodation will be charged to your credit card or added to the group invoice. You are cordially requested to book accommodation no later than August 20, As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, we regret to inform you that your choice of hotel room cannot be guaranteed after the above mentioned date. 9 > How to get there three airports LJUBLJANA / TRIESTE / VENICE:!! Due to different arrivals from many European countries we prefer to ask people to either organize their own arrival/departure from the airport to the hotel and back via their national association.
