19 19 HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK

20 FLIGHTS You need to Book & Pay for your Own Flights. Popular choices are Easy Jet (main), also could consider Jet 2 or Aegean (not direct flight). GATWICK Sunday Easy Jet flights are currently low priced. Currently 547 (16:40 departs arrive 22.40) (return flight 13:55 arrive 16:00). Easy jet LUTON option for Saturday Remember though the League gala! If any flight is popular, we can look at the Group Transfer, Crete Side (Next Slide). Flying into Heraklion International Airport (N.B. Chania airport is a long drive!!) 20

21 TRANSFERS You are responsible for all travel UK side We will arrange all transfers Crete Side, last time this was by a Private Coach. But we can only do this if there is a larger group doing the same flight* * - Discus flights / Transfers Worst case if travelling as 1 family only taxi s are reasonable (Purple Parking allow pre-booking for this) We will arrange this later with you if needed. TRAVEL INSURANCE You are responsible for your own travel insurance, as this is your Holiday 21

31 SUMMARY OF THE PROCESS 1. Indicate if you are thinking of coming to the organisers by Friday 8 th December Latest. 2. The organisers will advise actual hotel prices by end of December/Beginning of January. 3. Assuming Hotel prices are agreeable, and you have booked your flights, we will make the reservation. We will need a small family deposit (usually 200 Euro per family). 4. Book your own flights (generally the earlier you book the cheaper they are but watch for deals). Share with your friends where you want to fly from, as the bigger the group the cheaper the transfer costs! We know some of you have booked already. 5. Do not forget your added costs of Suitcases and Travel insurance! 6. Later in the process we will arrange the Transfers. 7.
