Altogether the exhibition covers a net display area of over 230,000 square meters at the Milan Fairgrounds in Rho. Creativity is Milan! An incredible destination, a fashion capital, endless opportunities to shop, beautiful art, historic buildings, delicious food and wines - something for everyone. Spouses/companions are welcome to attend (please advise if you require single or double occupancy). We take care of you! CKCA in partnership with Blum and Richelieu has organized accommodations, set up plant tours, site seeing, hosted lunches and dinners, accommodations (in Austria and Milan). A draft schedule is below that shows what is included and what is pay own. Please note final details will be provided once available. Next steps: 1. Register using the enclosed form to prepay for your hotel accommodations in Milan (CKCA has reserved a block of hotel rooms). You are required to sign up for the entire program (3 nights in Milan). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate partial attendance. If you must leave early, you will be required to pay the full amount for accommodation. 2. Please note there is a limited number of spaces available. Reservations are made on a firstcome-first-served basis only including payment.

2 3. Sign up for EuroCucina (separate fee paid directly to show, not included in your CKCA registration fee). Be sure to read their instructions carefully, as entrance cards are purchased for each day you attend. Click here for more information. 4. Book your flights early (for best pricing). Do NOT book your flight until you have confirmation from CKCA for your hotel. You will get an from CKCA that will advise you that you can proceed with booking flights. Please do not assume that because you submitted your registration form, that you are automatically registered. CKCA will contact you separately. CKCA, Blum and Richelieu accepts no liability for any travel costs incurred by registrants who have not confirmed reservation space prior to book travel itineraries. 5. Please ensure you arrive in Zurich, Switzerland by 10:00 am on Saturday, April 14 to allow for Blum shuttle to Austria where you will have accommodations starting that evening. 6. Your safety is important. While this program has been prepared with safety in mind, CKCA, Blum and Richelieu Hardware assume no responsibility for your safety during this trip. We recommend you stay in groups while touring and do not venture out alone in the evening. Please purchase appropriate travel and health insurance that insures proper coverage for any medical expenses or other expenses incurred while on this trip. Feel free to consult with a travel agent or other insurance provider. 7. Please ensure your passport is current and does not expire while away. Always keep a photocopy of your passport at home or with someone who you can contact should you lose your passport while travelling. It is much easier to get a replacement passport if you have access to a copy of it. 8.
