4 MEETINGS MADE SIMPLE Clayton Hotel Galway offers 10 state-of-the-art meeting rooms located on the ground floor which are perfect for facilitating 1:1 interviews or offsite meetings for up to 80 delegates. This meeting room corridor is entirely dedicated to business needs, and all meeting rooms are equipped with large high definition screens, natural daylight, air conditioning, WiFi and high spec audio visual equipment. Conference and banqueting is seamless for large scale events, with a self-contained conference floor which features an expansive sub dividable ballroom, a pre-conference area, a syndicate room and the Tribes Restaurant. The ballroom measures 585 square metres and offers conference and event organisers versatility, comfort and functionality. Catering from 80 delegates up to 550 people banquet style and 800 theatre style, this a resourceful venue for any event and is very popular for large scale local and national conferences, business launches, awards ceremonies, gala dinners as well as charity fundraisers.

7 DIRECTIONS: By Public Transport: Clayton Hotel Galway is serviced by the 403 bus route from Eyre Square in Galway City Centre By Car: Travelling from Dublin on the M6 motorway, at the very end of the motorway approach the Coolagh Roundabout, take the second exit signposted Galway City West. At the end of the dual carriageway (Bothar na dtreabh) turn left at the traffic light junction and the hotel entrance is on the right hand side. Travelling from Cork/Limerick region, as you arrive at Oranmore Galway, continue on dual carriage way until you arrive at the Martin Roundabout, take the second exit onto the dual carriageway signposted Bothar na dtreabh/ R446. Continue onto the Coolagh Roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway (Bothar na dtreabh) turn left at the traffic light junction and the hotel entrance is on the right hand side. Travelling from Donegal/ Sligo/ Mayo region, as you arrive into the village of Claregalway continue on the N17 toward Lakeview, turn left onto the Parkmore Road, at the roundabout take the second exit onto Parkmore Road. Continue onto Ballybrit Cresent, turn right at traffic light junction, travel straight through onto Monivea Rd, and the hotel entrance is located on the right hand side.
