3 EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton and Century Casino St. Albert reside in the Edmonton metropolitan area. The Province of Alberta is home to famous tourist attractions such as Banff National Park, Jasper National Park and West Edmonton Mall shopping center. Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton opened in November 2006, offering a dynamic entertainment product in the North East of Edmonton. Customers enjoy a wide range of amenities and a superior entertainment experience. The casino offers exciting games, an exquisite high limit room, a restaurant, four bars, a live concert showroom, and a comedy club. The conveniences of a hotel and underground heated parking complement the property. Century Casino St. Albert joined our group of companies in October 2016, catering to the North West of Edmonton and the affluent community of St. Albert. The casino is ideally located adjacent to Edmonton s ring road and is approximately 11 miles from the Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton. It really is a gem with its beautifully appointed gaming floor and bar/restaurant/lounge areas.

4 CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA Century Casino Calgary and Century Downs Racetrack and Casino are located in the Calgary metropolitan area. Century Downs Racetrack and Casino started operations in April 2015 as a completely new gaming entertainment facility and horse-racetrack. Since day one it has been hugely successful, being located less than one mile north of the city limits of Calgary and 4.5 miles from the Calgary International Airport. Century Downs is ideally positioned exiting off the Queen Elizabeth II Highway, which is the main corridor between Calgary and Edmonton and one of the most heavily used highways in Western Canada, and next to the CrossIron Mills shopping mall, a major regional attraction. About 100 races each year captivate the crowds who have plenty of entertainment choices at this facility. Century Casino Calgary began operations in January 2010 and boasts over 96,000 square feet of entertainment space. The casino offers thrilling games, a restaurant, lounge, two live concert showrooms, a 30 lane bowling center, and over 22,000 square feet of convention/catering space, creating a vibrant experience. With all four popular urban casino resorts, Century Casinos has successfully propelled itself into a highly respected leader within the Alberta gaming and entertainment market.

5 COLORADO, USA The emergence of gaming in Colorado in the early 1990 s served as the birthplace of Century Casinos. With the initial purchase of Legends and Womacks Casinos in Cripple Creek, the foundation was created for a future of worldwide growth. Both properties have had a dynamic impact on the success of the Cripple Creek and southern Colorado gaming markets throughout the years. They have since been re-branded to Century Casino Cripple Creek. The Century Casino & Hotel in Central City opened in July 2006 and provides complete gaming entertainment to the Denver area and the surrounding Rocky Mountain Front Range. Colorado is a limited gaming market. In 2009 a constitutional amendment came into effect that allowed $100 maximum wagers, 24-hour gaming as well as the games of craps and roulette in addition to slot machines, black jack and poker. Our two Colorado properties offer exciting venues with the latest slots and table games, great restaurant options and intimate boutique style hotel accommodations. Century Casinos developed into a highly respected and driving force in Colorado gaming, earning a leading reputation for its innovative marketing programs and exceptional hospitality. 6 POLAND Casinos Poland began its operation in 1989 a year of enormous changes in the political, commercial and industrial life of Poland. One of these changes was the opening of a new gaming market and Casinos Poland was the first company to receive a casino operator s license. Century Casinos holds a controlling 66.6% stake in Casinos Poland, owner and operator of eight casinos located in international four and five stars hotels in Poland. Casinos Poland`s casinos are located mainly in the biggest Polish cities such as Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Lodz, Poznan and Katowice. A high standard of professionalism coupled with excellent customer service has made the name of Casinos Poland synonymous with superior gaming entertainment. The fact that 25% of our clientele are foreign repeat visitors, who visit us whenever they return to Poland, is itself testimony to our reputation. Casinos Poland is a full member of the European Casino Association.

7 CRUISE SHIPS The cruise industry has grown significantly within the last decade. Cruise Lines International Association reports that the cruise industry operates 450 vessels carrying more than 22 million passengers per year. The total economic impact is estimated at $120 billion per year. The largest cruise passenger market is the USA, followed by Germany and the UK. China is emerging as a strong future market. Century Casinos has been operating casinos on cruise ships since The company has casino concession agreements with cruise lines serving all four markets listed above. The vessels on which Century Casinos operates casinos range from intimate, luxurious and small (150 passengers) to medium sized vessels (2,000+ passengers) with hip interior designs, serving affluent families and distinguished travelers. At any given time, these ships are spread out on the different oceans around the world with our immensely dedicated casino staff taking great care of their guests.
