1 Hen Koh Samui 3N/4D Visit: Koh Samui 3N Sightseeing: Koh Samui: Free diving lesson, Quad Safari, Hot Stone Massage Itinerary: Day 01: Arrival Koh Samui Koh Samui. The second largest island of Thailand covered by pristine beaches, lush mountainous forests and coconut groves is the perfect place for a quick getaway with your friends. On your arrival in Koh Samui, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check in to your villa. Enjoy sometime at leisure. In the evening proceed for a welcome dinner. A private setting in the sea with a view of Chaweng s dazzling lights. Indulge in a 7 course menu which includes 2 glasses of sparkling wine, a bottle of red/white or rose wine and your personal staff. Dress code is semi-casual. Overnight at hotel in Koh Samui.

Day 02: Koh Samui: Freediving After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel for a fun introduction to diving.

You will also learn about checking the buoyancy, equalizing your air spaces, efficient kicking techniques, performing effortless duck dives.

You'll practice in a beautiful beach that offers ideal conditions to discover freediving : sheltered and shallow (maximum depth : 6 meters).

2 Day 02: Koh Samui: Freediving After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel for a fun introduction to diving. Your diving instructor will teach you about the physiology of freediving and how to choose, adjust and use the freediving equipment. You will also learn about checking the buoyancy, equalizing your air spaces, efficient kicking techniques, performing effortless duck dives. You'll practice static apnea, dynamic apnea and freediving technic. You'll practice in a beautiful beach that offers ideal conditions to discover freediving : sheltered and shallow (maximum depth : 6 meters). You will need adequate swimming skills and comfort in the water to join this trip. No prior experience is required, and the minimum age is 12. The group is limited to 4 divers per instructor to ensure you will have their full attention.you have the evening at leisure. Overnight in Koh Samui Day 03: Koh Samui: Quad Safari, Hot Stone Massage After breakfast, proceed for a safari into the deep interior of the jungle on a quad bike. This exciting outdoor activity offers challenging off road tracks as well as fun scenic trails. Later you will proceed for a hot stone massage. Smooth, basalt stones are heated to relax both mind and body. Rest of the day, at leisure. Overnight in Koh Samui Day 04: Koh Samui Back Home After a fun filled weekend, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
