3 THE DESIGN Our property is nestled between rice paddies and consists of three great villas each with its majestic private pool. Built in the traditional Javanese style of antic carved teak wood, these Joglos are endemic to the island of java. They welcome you for a relaxing break during your journey on the mysterious island of Bali. The hidden housing complex in ethnic style is set in a lush tropical environment scenting of jasmine where flowers, statues and ceramics blend together to create a peaceful atmosphere. This atmosphere has been created by the French charm of Alexa Aguila Genoyer, traveler, photographer and artist; she has set up a combination of ethnic decoration, local materials, contemporary and cozy comfort which is topped by the friendly availability and hospitality of our Balinese staff. 4 OUR PROPERTY Bali Ethnic Villas offers 3 villas of four and five bedrooms, each with marvellous swimming pool, lush and spacious private garden courtyard, a living area and wall-sized glass doors that open on three sides to lush surroundings. The three villa with private pools are connected to each other by a small secret passage giving you the possibility to have 12 double rooms

Build in antic teak, from the island of Java, are shelled around a beautiful clover-shaped pool. Share a great time with family or friends at our Joglo lounge, dining Joglo with the view on rice fields. Rooms are available with double and Twin bedding. Villa Ka, the Tropical, is the largest of our prestige properties with 5 Joglos double room, in old teak, and its private semi opened bathroom, a shower in the middle of a garden of Eden.
