5 Test drive 1 TEST DRIVE ROUTE 1 Our famous first drive is the " Route du col de la Croix". This road is used for the Rally du Chablais every year in May. The starting point is located next to the hotel, the road has a length of 18 kilometers and a maximum gradient of 13%. This road offers the most beautiful landscapes of Villars-sur-Ollon and a beautiful panoramic view on the mountain and this route is open from mid-may through to end of October. The road winds down to the village of Les Diablerets where lunch can be taken. The round trip from the starting point next to the hotel and back is 36km. Total distance : 36 km SUGGESTIONS: We recommend a lunch stop in the picturesque village of Les Diablerets with stunning views of the mountains Test drive 2 TEST DRIVE ROUTE 2 Our second drive is on the road between Ollon (in the valley) and Villars sur Ollon. A winding road of 10 kilometers takes drivers through the vineyards and forest up to the hotel. This route can be combined with high-way driving towards Lausanne (an additional 50 km) or high-way driving towards Martigny (26 km from Ollon). There are endless options in the Swiss Alps and the Valley's and the Chalet RoyAlp Hotel & Spa is perfectly placed as it is accessible from various different routes.
