5 OTHER INFO REFEREES All tournament matches are conducted with the presence of referees. In the age groups W-O, U17, U15, U13 all the matches except finals will be played by two (2) referees. At the finals the referees will be three (3). In the age groups U11, U9 all the matches will be played by one (1) referee. FIRST AID For the tournament organization the safety of all the participants and especially of the players is the first priority. Therefore all the scheduled matches in the sport center are played with the presence of doctors or people who are official licensed to provide first aid. FOOTBALL FIELDS The matches will take place in a sport center with six (6) natural grass football fields. Only in case of extreme weather conditions the tournament keeps the right to use astroturf grass fields.

6 LOGISTICS ACCOMMODATION MEALS TRANSFERS The soccer clubs during their staying in Thessaloniki can choose between 3*** and 4**** stars hotels. Players will be accommodated in triples and quads rooms while escorts and coaches in doubles and singles. All the above are subject of the needs of the group and the availability of hotels. The basic meal plan of the Salonica Soccer Cup includes two meals per day (breakfast and lunch or dinner) but for those teams who want full board there is the option of three meals too. All meals are served in the hotel restaurant or in nearby restaurants. Teams can use the tournament shuttle service for their transfer to the football fields for their matches and the prize giving ceremony or rent a private bus for their own exclusive use during the tournament. Transfers from airports and railway station to the accommodations and back can be arranged through the tournament organization at very low cost.

7 SIGHTSEEING WHITE TOWER The White Tower of Thessaloniki is a monument and museum on the waterfront of the city of Thessaloniki. The present tower replaced an old Byzantine fortification which was mentioned around the 12th century and reconstructed by the Ottomans to fortify the city's harbour. It has been adopted as the symbol of the city. ARISTOTELOUS SQUARE Aristotelous Square is city s most central square boasting monumental mansions. The Ebrar Committee designed it after the devastating fire of It is one of the biggest and most impressive squares in Greece offering a view of Thermaikos Gulf. Under clear skies, you can see the Olympus massif in the far distance from the Square. NOESIS The museum s main objective is to offer to the public an environment that facilitates the familiarization with and the understanding of science and technology. NOESIS has a 150-seat digital planetarium, a 300-seat Cosmotheatre with the largest flat screen in Greece, a 200-seat amphitheatre, as well as a motion simulator theater with three platforms, 3-D projection, and 6-axis movement. THESSALONIKI OLYMPIC MUSEUM A great place to visit and find out about the Olympic spirit. Enjoy a wide range of exhibitions and sport-related events. The museum has a fully equipped auditorium, 2multi-purpose rooms, a cafeteria and a gift shop.
