2 Useful Information Please note that for security reasons all conference attendees must have their e-tickets or name badges visible in order to enter the European Cultural Centre of Delphi. Participants who fail to present either, will be directed to the secretariat located at the Amalia Hotel in order verify their accreditation. Please ask the Secretariat for a translating device. (Note: ID cards will be required for security purposes) LIVE STREAMING Live streaming will be available in all halls of the ECCD. SECURITY Please wear your name badge throughout the conference, and make sure it is visible upon entering the conference venues. Entrance will be permitted only to those wearing a name badge. Please do not leave any bags, packages or other personal belongings unattended at any time. PARKING SERVICES Sponsors have access to the ECCD parking area provided their Guest Parking Pass signage is visible. Valet parking will also be available at the entrance of ECCD and will operate on a first come first served basis. MOBILE PHONES Please ensure your mobile phones are switched off or on silent mode during all conference sessions. OTHER SERVICES FREE Wi-Fi is offered at the conference venues for all participants. Participants can charge their computers and mobile phones at the ECCD secretariat. Cloakroom service will also be available at the ECCD. COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS Coffee and tea will be available throughout the conference. Light lunch will be served during the lunch breaks. DRESS CODE Dress code is business casual. SMOKE FREE VENUE Aiming at having a truly SMOKE-FREE venue, fully respecting speakers and participants, the DELPHI ECONOMIC FORUM IV will apply a smoking management framework: use of all tobacco products as well as any alternative products is prohibited in closed spaces. Visitors can make use of tobacco and alternative products in specially designed, set apart, outdoor spaces. Declaring DELPHI ECONOMIC FORUM SMOKE-FREE, is an initiative implemented with the support of PAPASTRATOS. MEDICAL FACILITIES An emergency ambulance will be available 24/7 throughout the duration of the conference.
